These days
I heard very sad news: Rotebor ( Roberto Cabral ), Author of the excellent adventures of Chiquitirripis ( http://www.chiquirritipis.blogspot.com/ ) had died.
His blog was one of the first comic I found on the web, and immediately got hooked through the posts about Roberto Battaglia. But his creation is much more than that. There are, as a warm meeting between friends, José Luis Salinas, Eduardo Ferro, Milton Caniff, Enrique Breccia, Guillermo Mordillo, Solano Lopez, the teachings of Loomis and a long series of entries to be missed. Is one of those places where it shows the love for comics and dedication of the author.
What strange thing this website is a follower of a blog, feel affection for some people it considers valuable, however, is dealing with strangers (I am a stranger to others.) And again and again to these virtual worlds where a surprise, a post to read from beginning to end.
never had an exchange of comments with Roberto, but I sense that - as have hundreds or thousands of friends on Facebook is no guarantee of strong relationships - was the sort of people that any of us could have had a real friendship.
